Job summary

Promotive is seeking an experienced Light Duty Diesel Technician in Kiowa, CO. The role offers $45-$55 per flagged hour based on experience with an earning potential of $100,000+ annually, in a Monday–Friday schedule.

Pay is flat-rate, bi-weekly, with strong opportunities for growth in an established, family-owned shop. Responsibilities include advanced diagnostics, electrical and drivability work, and completing repairs from start to finish.

Qualifications

• A-Level or strong B-Level technical ability.
• Strong electrical, drivability, and mechanical diagnostic skills.
• Ability to diagnose and complete repairs independently.
• Proven record of quality workmanship and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced automotive diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Diagnose electrical, drivability, and mechanical concerns.
• Diagnose and repair light-duty diesel vehicles.
• Complete general automotive maintenance and repairs.
• Manage vehicles from initial diagnosis through completed repair.
• Accurately identify needed parts and recommended repairs.
• Maintain strong productivity while delivering quality workmanship.
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
