Promotive is seeking a skilled Light Duty Diesel Technician for Kiowa, CO. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain light‑duty diesel vehicles in a family‑owned shop with strong emphasis on quality workmanship and ongoing training.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM–5:00 PM) with flat-rate pay of $45–$55 per flagged hour and an earning potential exceeding $100,000 annually based on experience and productivity; paid bi-weekly with benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Light-duty diesel repair experience required.
• A-Level or strong B-Level technical ability.
• Strong electrical, drivability, and mechanical diagnostic skills.
• Ability to diagnose and complete repairs independently.
• Proven record of quality workmanship and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced automotive diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Diagnose electrical, drivability, and mechanical concerns.
• Diagnose and repair light-duty diesel vehicles.
• Complete general automotive maintenance and repairs.
• Manage vehicles from initial diagnosis through completed repair.
• Accurately identify needed parts and recommended repairs.
• Maintain strong productivity while delivering quality workmanship.
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
