Oklahoma Chiller in Tulsa is hiring Light Commercial Service Technicians to grow a commercial HVAC team. The role rewards hands-on service, diagnostics, and leadership for those with a strong residential background seeking advancement.

You will diagnose and repair systems from split units to large chillers, mentor junior techs, and represent the company with customers. Advancement is merit-based, with ongoing training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in HVAC and refrigeration fundamentals.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems independently.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Professional communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and represent the company in the field.
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
• 5+ years of HVAC experience; experience with chillers/large systems is a plus.

Oklahoma Chiller is hiring Light Commercial Service Technicians in Tulsa.

We are expanding in the Tulsa market and creating opportunities for technicians who are ready to take the next step in their HVAC career. If you have a strong residential service background, your experience can translate well into the commercial side of the industry.

We're looking for technicians who have built a solid foundation in residential HVAC and are ready for greater responsibility, more technical complexity, exposure to commercial equipment, and a clear path toward continued growth and leadership.

You don't have to come from a heavy commercial background...we're looking for the right experience, work ethic, and desire to grow.

Technicians who earn toward the upper end of the pay range typically bring:

• 5 or more years of HVAC experience
• Experience with chillers, boilers, cooling towers, or large mechanical systems
• HVAC Unlimited License or active pursuit of one
• Experience leading equipment changeout or service projects
• Desire to mentor and develop junior technicians
