Formación

• 5+ years of experience in residential HVAC with a foundation in heating and cooling fundamentals.
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Willingness to grow into a leadership role with a focus on safety and quality workmanship.

• Work on equipment ranging from split systems to advanced chillers

Light Commercial Service Technician- Oklahoma City

Total Compensation Package Range: $71,000 up to $126,000, depending on your experience level.

Oklahoma Chiller is hiring Light Commercial Service Technicians in Oklahoma City.

We are expanding in the Oklahoma City market and creating opportunities for technicians who are ready to take the next step in their HVAC career. If you have a strong residential service background, your experience can translate well into the commercial side of the industry.

We're looking for technicians who have built a solid foundation in residential HVAC and are ready for greater responsibility, more technical complexity, exposure to commercial equipment, and a clear path toward continued growth and leadership.

You don't have to come from a heavy commercial background — we're looking for the right experience, work ethic, and desire to grow.

• Strong foundation in HVAC and refrigeration fundamentals

• Ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems independently
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Professional communication skills

• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship

Experience That Aligns With Senior-Level Compensation

Technicians who earn toward the upper end of the pay range typically bring:

• 5 or more years of commercial HVAC experience
• Experience with chillers, boilers, cooling towers, or large mechanical systems
• HVAC Mechanical Journeyman Unlimited License or active pursuit of one
• Experience leading equipment changeout or service projects
• Desire to mentor and develop junior technicians
