Job summary

Link Manufacturing in Sioux Center, IA is hiring a machine operator to set up and run manufacturing equipment, maintain a clean, safe work environment, and follow all safety procedures. The position runs Monday–Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM in a climate-controlled facility, with a focus on reliability and teamwork.

Key duties include troubleshooting machines, performing routine maintenance, monitoring quality and productivity, and setting up machinery according to specifications.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and wearing required personal protective equipment
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines as they arise
• Perform regular maintenance on machines to keep them in good working conditions
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
• Set up and operate machinery according to specifications
