ofi North America (Olam Food Ingredients) is seeking a Lift Truck Operator to safely move materials throughout the facility and support fast-paced warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, be able to obtain forklift certification within 30 days, and thrive in a team environment.
In California, the role pays $19.00–$23.00 per hour and requires attention to safety, quality, and efficiency.

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Lift Truck Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently transporting materials, finished goods, and supplies throughout the facility. This role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to established safety and quality standards, and the ability to support operational needs in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and attentive to detail. They thrive in a fast-paced setting, communicate effectively, and take initiative to support warehouse operations. They demonstrate strong teamwork, reliability, and a commitment to food safety and quality.
The pay for this role in the state of CA is $19.00-$23.00/hr and is based on the position responsibilities and geographic location.
