Job summary

Republic Airways' LIFT Academy offers an internship designed to prepare students for the workforce in Indianapolis. Interns gain mentorship, shadow various departments, and participate in professional development workshops while completing projects tied to operations and training records.

The program requires pursuing a bachelor’s degree, a 3.0 GPA, and the ability to work onsite. Housing or mileage reimbursement may be provided, and interns are paid an hourly rate competitive for the market.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits of training records and data requirements.
• Review and filter department inbox for quick, accurate responses.
• Contribute to projects related to operational tasks.
• Collaborate with student and employee engagement teams.
• Assist with planning and facilitating academic development workshops.
• Communicate announcements through the department.
• Adapt to a fast-paced office environment.
