Job summary

U.S. Water Services Corporation is seeking a skilled technician to perform construction, maintenance, troubleshooting, inspection, and repair of water and wastewater utility systems and lift stations in the Orlando area.

You will work with pumps, motors, piping, electrical and mechanical equipment, responding to scheduled maintenance and emergency service calls. The ideal candidate has lift station experience, familiarity with water distribution systems, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with lift stations and water distribution systems preferred.
• Ability to safely operate and maintain utility equipment.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and piping issues.
• Repair and maintain water and wastewater systems and lift stations.
• Assist with installation, maintenance, and improvements of utility infrastructure.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment, vehicles, and facilities.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed.
• Document work orders, inspections, and maintenance activities.
