Lift Service Engineer
Based: Lancashire and surrounding areas
Salary: Up to £45,000

We are a major and well-known lift company. Due to our expanding lift service portfolio, we are seeking a Lift Service Engineer in the Lancashire area.

Key Responsibilities of the successful Lift Service Engineer:

  • Manage your own lift service route in Lancashire and surrounding areas
  • Oversee a lift engineer’s mate to ensure works are carried out correctly
  • Participate in the call rota, which is 1 in 4 weeks
  • Attend lift breakdowns and perform planned servicing and maintenance work
  • Provide service and PPM work at customer sites
  • Offer technical support and advice to customers to maximize first-time fix rate
  • Maintain a professional image at all times as a company ambassador on site
  • Travel throughout the coverage area

Key requirements of the successful Lift Service Engineer:

  • NVQ Level 3 qualification in Lift Engineering
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Lift Service / Maintenance Engineer
  • Relevant qualifications, e.g., J Modules
  • Proficiency in fault finding, diagnosis, and repair on Passenger and Goods lifts
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and organized
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel
  • Participation in a call-out rota; route based in Lancashire
