W.O. Grubb Crane Rental is seeking a Rental Coordinator to support job scheduling, lift plan creation, and FC&C data entry. The role involves coordinating with sales, dispatch, and field staff to ensure smooth operations and proper documentation.

Travel may be required and a high school diploma is expected. Responsibilities include assisting with quotes, maintaining crane certifications, managing off-rents, and supporting the dispatcher.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient with basic computer skills.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Must be proficient in 3-D Lift Plan.
• Must have proficient oral and written communication skills.
• Possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Some travel is required.
• Must be able to pass a drug test, background check, and fitness for duty test.
• Preferred associate’s degree and 2 years of office experience.

Responsibilities

• Assists the salesman with quotes and job scheduling.
• Creates lift plans.
• Manages off-rents including communicating with staff about end dates and with salesman and dispatcher for pickup.
• Assist salesman with collection calls and delinquency notices.
• Assists dispatcher in coordinating jobs.
• Maintains utilization of cranes.
• Ensures completion of job cycle.
• Maintains crane and operator certifications.
• Quoting customer on call-in jobs in FC&C.
• Entering customer call-in jobs into FC&C.
• Entering quotes in FC&C for salesperson if called in from job.
• Entering jobs in FC&C for salesperson if called in from job.
• Sending credentials to salesperson, customer, or rental coordinator when needed that are in the FC&C system.
• Backing up dispatcher if help needed with FC&C entries.
• Composing Lift Plans on 3-D Lift Plan and saving to FC&C.
• Change unit status on FC&C as needed.
• Ensure correct addresses on jobs for tax purposes.
• Ensure information on job tickets is accurate.
• Help answer office phones.
• Create dual lift paperwork and obtain approvals.
• Request purchase orders for internal processes like street closures, third party inspections, etc.
• Maintain crane, spreader bar, and man basket certifications.
• Maintain alarm codes for building employees.
