Responsibilities

• Perform daily lift startup checks of drive and return terminal machinery, tower systems, safety stops, speed controls, indicator lights, switches, and braking systems.
• Assist guests onto chairs and manage lift queues with clear instructions.
• Verify lift access via RFID gate monitoring on tablet and handheld scanner.
• Ensure safe guest disembarking and assist as needed.
• Monitor lift operations and report issues to supervisors/maintenance.
• Return guest belongings to owners or Lost and Found.
• Deliver customer service aligning with resort standards.
• Complete additional duties to support resort operations.
