Job Description and Compensation Outline for Specialty/Cleaning Technician

In addition to regular assigned cleaning, the job description for a Lift Operator includes:

Equipment Operations

1. Boom Lift
2. Scissor Lift
3. Bosun Chair (not required)

Experience not required, but must be comfortable working at heights.

Knowledge of scope of work.

Customer Service

1. Working with Customer for basic project scheduling & tasks based on our scope of work.
2. Quality control
3. Follow and have knowledge of customer safety & security requirements.

Ordering supplies through management as needed.

Quality Control

1. Checking work and scope completion.
2. Jobsite must be free and clear of dust and dirt.
3. Jobsite must be left in an orderly fashion, including pushing in chairs after vacuuming, etc.
4. Meet and exceed customer’s expectations.

Reporting hazards to management.

Equipment upkeep, such as cleaning filters and towels, making sure equipment is clean and ready for next day’s work.

1. Keeping janitor’s closets clean & in order.
2. Cannot leave buckets of water overnight.

Authorized Personnel

Only authorized personnel are allowed on job sites; cannot bring others to job site at any time.

Dress Code

Must wear attire representing Accountable logo at any jobsite.

All employees are required to review & adhere to the ACM Handbook.

Starting wage depends on experience & job assignment.
