Job Description and Compensation Outline for Specialty/Cleaning Technician

Training & certification provided by the company!

In addition to regular assigned cleaning, the job description for a Lift Operator includes:

1. Equipment Operations
   • Boom Lift
   • Scissor Lift
   • Bosun Chair (not required)
2. Experience not required, but must be comfortable working at heights.
3. Knowledge of scope of work.
4. Customer service
   • Working with customers for basic project scheduling & tasks based on scope of work.
   • Quality control
   • Follow and have knowledge of customer safety & security requirements.
5. Ordering supplies through management as needed.
6. Quality control
   • Checking work and scope completion.
   • Ensuring the jobsite is free of dust and dirt.
   • Leaving the jobsite in an orderly fashion, including pushing in chairs after vacuuming.
   • Meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
7. Reporting hazards to management.
8. Equipment upkeep, such as cleaning filters and towels, ensuring equipment is clean and ready for the next day's work.
   • Keeping janitor’s closets clean & in order.
   • Cannot leave buckets of water overnight.
9. Authorized personnel: Only authorized personnel are allowed on job sites; no others allowed.
10. Dress code: Must wear attire representing the Accountable logo at any jobsite.

Starting wage depends on experience & job assignment.
