Job summary

Snow King Mountain Resort in Jackson Hole, WY is seeking a Lift Operations and Activity Attendant Supervisor to oversee multiple lift operator crews and coordinate with management to ensure smooth mountain operations.

The role requires strong people skills, effective communication, and a willingness to work outdoors in all weather. Prior supervisory experience and a valid driver’s license are preferred. Day and night shifts may be needed to support events and operations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates teamwork and support for management.
• Monitors lifts and personnel for compliance, including signage, licensing, and procedures.
• Oversees lift manuals and log books and all related documents.
• Participates in all phases of the lift operator’s job and assists with opening, operating, and closing lifts.
• Conducts and/or monitors training sessions and completes required training documentation.
• Maintains thorough and accurate paperwork and office duties as assigned.
• Supports Customer Service initiatives and aligns with guiding principles.
• Flexible with schedule to accommodate opening/closing and special events.
• Ensure timely and accurate pay for all employees; schedule and assign work duties.
• Conducts disciplinary procedures and performance appraisals; supervises lift personnel in operations and guest relations.
• Ensures compliance with mountain safety practices; performs other duties as assigned.

The Snow King Team is looking for people with a love for the outdoors, a desire to learn, and a commitment to excellent service.Job DescriptionOur lift operations and activity attendant supervisors work with management and hourly employees to facilitate the effective operation of the Lift Department. Assists with interdepartmental cooperation to enhance mountain operations by supervising more than one lift operator crews.
