Job summary

SNOW PARTNERS LLC is hiring a Lift Operations Attendant at Mountain Creek in Vernon, NJ. You will greet guests, assist with loading/unloading lifts, and ensure safe operation of ski lifts and seasonal attractions.

Candidates must be 18+, able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, work outdoors in all weather, and speak to large groups. Training will cover safety procedures and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to speak in front of large groups of people.
• Will require walking/standing for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Complete opening/closing procedures.
• Operate lifts, loading/unloading, scanning.
• Must bump chairs and shovel snow (in season).
• Train guests on proper use of lifts as well as best practices/techniques.
• Greet and interact with guests.
• Respond to guest inquiries regarding resort operations.
• Assist Supervisor with maintenance and SOP’s of equipment and grounds as necessary.

How the Lift Operations Attendant works with the Team:

Lift Operations Attendant are the primary team members responsible for greeting and assisting guests as they utilize our lifts and seasonal lift attractions (All ski lifts and carpets, the Cabriolet, the Alpine Mountain Coaster and the Colorado Lift). Lift Operators aide and ensure the safety of guests and our equipment.

Team Member Responsibilities:
