Job summary

Mountain Creek in Vernon, NJ is seeking a Resort Appearance Ambassador to keep interior and exterior areas clean, including bathrooms, restrooms dispensers, and parking lots. You will collaborate with team members to respond to guest concerns and maintain a welcoming resort environment throughout the shift.

Candidates must be 16 or older and available to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
• Empty all waste containers.
• Listen to guests' concerns and relay them to management in a timely manner.
• Clean bathrooms and restock dispensers.
• Maintain cleanliness of parking lots by refreshing garbage cans and picking up loose trash.
• Complete assigned duties in a timely manner.
• Perform all job functions and tasks as assigned.
• Foster an environment of teamwork and mutual appreciation.
• Floor care including sweeping, mopping and vacuuming.
• Additional duties as assigned by Supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Resort Managers/Supervisors.

How the Resort Appearance Ambassador works with the Team:

Responsible for the cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the Resort. Cleanliness of bathrooms.

Team Member Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and organize work area at all times
• Empty all waste containers
