Job summary

Mountain Creek is seeking a Lift Operations Attendant to greet guests and assist with lifts and seasonal lift attractions in Vernon, NJ. You will help ensure safety, load/unload passengers, and provide guidance on proper use of lifts.

Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, assisting with snow removal when needed, and training guests on safety practices while delivering excellent customer service in an outdoor, four-season resort environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Excellent customer service and guest interaction skills.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods outdoors.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Complete opening and closing procedures.
• Operate lifts, loading/unloading, and scanning guests.
• Bump chairs and shovel snow when required.
• Train guests on proper lift use and safety practices.
• Greet guests and respond to inquiries about resort operations.
• Assist maintenance with SOPs for equipment and grounds as necessary.

Lift Operations Attendant – Mountain CreekLocation: Vernon, NJ Reporting to: Lift Operations ManagerSNOW Partners Mission Statement:“To Enhance the Lives of our Team, Guests and Partners by Building Lasting Connections.”About Mountain Creek:Mountain Creek, a four-season resort, offering skiing/snowboarding, bike park, waterpark, weddings, mountain coaster, restaurants, and lodge.How the Lift Operations Attendant works with the Team:Lift Operations Attendant are the primary team members responsible for greeting and assisting guests as they utilize our lifts and seasonal lift attractions (All ski lifts and carpets, the Cabriolet, the Alpine Mountain Coaster and the Colorado Lift).
