Job summary

Crotched Mountain is seeking an Assistant Manager for Lift Experience to lead the Lift Operations team during the winter season. You’ll supervise supervisors and frontline staff, drive onboarding and training, and partner with resort leadership to ensure safe, efficient, and guest-focused operations.

The role requires at least 3 years in lift operations with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. A high school diploma is required, and a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; leadership experience in lift operations preferred.
• Ability to recruit, onboard, and develop seasonal staff.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills for fast-paced winter operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lift Operations Supervisors and frontline staff.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and training for seasonal team members.
• Ensure safety, staffing, and budget adherence across the Lift Operations team.
• Coordinate with departments for smooth winter operations and guest service.
