Job summary

Vail Resorts, Inc. in Pennsylvania is seeking a Lift Experience Team Lead for the winter season. You will oversee safe lift operations, supervise staff, and ensure guests receive excellent service from arrival to departure.

Applicants should have 1-2 years of lift/mountain operations experience, be able to work outdoors in all conditions, and communicate fluently in English. This is a full-time, seasonal role with weekends/holidays required at our mountain resort.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is required.
1-2 years of lift or mountain operations experience preferred.
Ability to communicate fluently in English.
Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions and shift outdoors.

Responsibilities

Lead daily operations of resort lifts, including scheduling staff and opening/closing procedures.
Assist with hiring, training, and supervision of operators and scanners.
Monitor lift operator performance and provide feedback.
Ensure safety by enforcing all applicable laws, policies, and procedures.
Coordinate with ski patrol and maintenance to resolve issues on the mountain.
Maintain clean, organized workstations and respond to guest questions.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
