Vail Resorts in Hidden Valley, PA is hiring for Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 roles including Lift Experience leadership positions. The Lift Experience Assistant Manager oversees scheduling, hiring, onboarding, training and performance management to deliver an exceptional guest and employee experience.

The role requires strong leadership, guest service focus, and the ability to adapt in a fast paced resort environment.
