Qualifikationen

• Minimum age 18.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Experience in leadership preferred.
• Willingness to work holidays and weekends.
• Professional guest service experience.
• Background checks required.

Aufgaben

• Develop a high performing team through hiring, training, scheduling, performance management and development in accordance and alignment with company goals and strategies.
• Create authentic connections with others; inspire trust and manage expectations while empowering others to share in the decision making and work process.
• Develop future leaders while unlocking the potential of the supervisors, leads, and front-line scanners and lift operators. Assist in development and execution of departmental strategies based around key performance indicators, including: safety, scanning accuracy, guest service, employee knowledge, employee engagement, workforce management, and budget management.
• Foster a customer-focused environment and mindset to ensure delivery of an exceptional guest experience through all stages of the guest journey. Promote, embrace, and adhere to Vail Resorts’ Mission and Core Values.
• Technical, operational, and scanning knowledge, or resort knowledge with high learning agility. Works well as a member of a team of leaders, with an ability to influence major decisions through reasoned analysis, and good judgement about people and business issues.
