Vail Resorts in New Hampshire is hiring for winter 2026/27. The Ticket Checker on the Lift Experience Team greets guests by name, validates access, and helps deliver a seamless, safe lift experience in a fast-paced mountain resort.

Starting wage is $20.00/hr. Employment is winter seasonal 2026/2027 with both full-time and part-time hours. Must work weekends and holidays, outdoors in all weather, and be at least 18. Benefits include free passes, employee discounts, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather.
• Weekends and holidays required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver premium guest service by providing information and assistance with a smile.
• Validate tickets to ensure guests have their own valid product before loading our lifts.
• Work cooperatively with Lift Operators and other teams to ensure lift lines are safely managed and lifts are loaded efficiently.
• Maintain and secure departmental equipment - scan devices, radios, etc.
• Escalate issues to leadership as they arise, from safety to products.
