Job summary

Vail Resorts in New Hampshire is hiring for winter 2026/27 for multiple positions including TicketChecker on the Lift Experience Team. You will greet guests by name, validate access, and help provide a seamless end-to-end lift experience, while delivering outstanding service in a mountain environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver premium guest service by providing information and assistance with a smile.
• Validate tickets to ensure guests have a valid product before loading lifts.
• Work with Lift Operators and other teams to ensure lift lines are safely managed and loaded efficiently.
• Maintain and secure departmental equipment such as scan devices and radios.
• Escalate issues to leadership as they arise, from safety to products.
• Other duties as assigned.
