Wintergreen Resort in Virginia is seeking a Lift Attendant for the winter season. You will assist guests with ski lifts, prepare lifts for opening, and maintain ramps throughout the day to ensure safe loading and unloading. The role includes maintaining signage, enforcing rules, and running lift lines with colleagues.

Immediate promotion to Lead is available based on performance. Candidates must be 16 or older and able to work outdoors in all weather, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Formación

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays required.
• Seasonal Full Time or Part Time positions; start late November/early December and end mid-March.

Responsabilidades

• Assist guests with ski lifts and loading.
• Prepare lifts for opening and maintain lift ramps.
• Ensure safe loading/unloading of lifts and proper signage.
• Maintain orderly passenger flow and monitor safety procedures.
• Follow opening, closing and daily operating procedures.
