Wintergreen Resort in Virginia is hiring Lift Operators to assist guests with ski lifts, prepare lifts for opening, and maintain ramps and signage throughout the day. You will ensure safe loading/unloading and communicate resort rules to guests, completing required paperwork as part of daily operations.

Positions are seasonal, with both full-time and part-time opportunities from late November/early December through mid-March.

Formación

• Interacting with guests in a safe, friendly manner.
• Ability to communicate rules and safety procedures clearly.
• Willingness to work outdoors in winter conditions.

Responsabilidades

• Assist guests with ski lifts and loading procedures.
• Prepare lifts for opening and maintain ramps throughout the day.
• Ensure safe loading/unloading and monitor passenger traffic flow.
• Maintain signage and communicate resort rules to guests.
• Complete required paperwork and assist with slope access.
