Job summary

Nuveen is seeking an Annuitization Product Analyst to support end-to-end Lifetime Income services. Under limited supervision, you will provide analytical foundations and detailed documentation to inform product decisions, collaborating with Product Managers to advance initiatives from discovery to delivery.

You will elicit requirements, translate business needs into detailed criteria, and develop process flows with impact analyses.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business analysis experience supporting product or business teams (business-side, non-technical analysis).
• Experience translating business needs into detailed requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Experience creating current/future state process flows and maintaining requirements traceability.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identifies analytical needs across initiatives and takes ownership of the work.
• Interviews stakeholders to gather, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements.
• Partners with business stakeholders and product/delivery teams to align everyone and present options.
• Analyzes data to produce insights and actionable recommendations informing product decisions.
• Creates current and future state process flows and impact analyses.
• Develops stakeholder-ready documentation and presentation materials for decisions.
• Supports test scenario development and UAT, maintaining traceability through delivery.
• Manages priorities across multiple initiatives and collaborates within the team.
