Job summary

TIAA is seeking an Annuitization Product Capability Owner to manage end-to-end services on the Annuitization platform and Lifetime Income offerings. The role blends product ownership with data analysis to shape a viable, sustainable roadmap and adoption strategy.

You will collaborate with Advice, Marketing, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Client Experience, Product Management, and Technology to deliver solutions, develop the roadmap, and prepare executive materials for leadership reviews.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business management, operations, or related cross-functional role with analytical experience.
• Proficient in SQL to extract and analyze data from large datasets.
• Experience with Snowflake or a comparable cloud-based data platform.
• Experience with Tableau or a comparable data visualization tool for dashboard development and reporting.
• Strong PowerPoint and executive storytelling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Enterprise-wide Business Owners and partner teams to deliver product solutions on the Annuitization platform.
• Supports roadmap development and delivery by ensuring alignment with Enterprise strategy and prioritization; manages progress toward outcomes.
• Partners with Product Management and Regulatory teams on impact assessments and solution design for new or enhanced product initiatives and regulatory changes.
• Prepares executive-facing materials including PowerPoint presentations and strategic summaries for senior leadership.
