Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in product management within insurance/retirement, strong stakeholder influence, and experience delivering across cross-functional teams with regulatory awareness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, ownership, or business analysis in insurance/retirement realms.
• Experience translating strategy into clear tech requirements for platforms.
• 2+ years presenting to senior leadership and influencing stakeholders.
