Job description

Green Luxxe Concierge LLC is currently growing our team and we are seeking talented, and driven individuals to be an integral part of a new startup. This role will be as varied as our members as you work seamlessly and creatively to fulfill each request and exceed our members’ expectations. The ideal candidate must be able to come in and hit the ground running.

Desired Qualities will include:

1. Expertly and proactively manage the important daily requests of our members.
2. Consistently providing an unsurpassed level of service to our members and anticipate their needs.
3. Creatively and efficiently resolve problems to retain invaluable member and supplier relationships.
4. Possess excellent interpersonal skills and superb telephone etiquette.
5. Creatively conceptualize and execute bespoke events and activities.
6. Be available during the week, evening, and weekends as needed by our members. The position may require irregular hours.
7. This is a remote position but requires reliable transportation.

Qualifications & Experience

1. Minimum 2 years of previous experience within the Luxury Lifestyle Industry in a client-facing role.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in any of the following sectors: Executive/VIP support, Guest Relations, Lifestyle Account Management, or Luxury Travel & Leisure.
3. Superb organizational and multi-tasking skills coupled with extreme attention to detail is a MUST.
4. Excellent written, spoken and listening skills in English primarily and functional or proficient knowledge of a second language preferably French, Spanish, or Italian.
