JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

This is a Lifestyle position that plays an integral role in supporting the day-to-day management of the community to achieve resident retention goals. The role involves working closely with the Community Manager and Sales Consultants to assist with the move-in process, develop and coordinate resident programs and events, and support sales and marketing efforts.

Primary Responsibilities
  1. Greet prospects and residents, ensuring their comfort while waiting and assisting with tours as needed.
  2. Answer and route phone calls, assist with service request callbacks.
  3. Maintain scheduling for guest suites, move-ins, and move-outs, ensuring proper handling and cleanliness.
  4. Manage package deliveries, document arrivals, and notify residents within 24 hours.
  5. Ensure amenities are in optimal condition for tours and resident use.
  6. Develop and execute engaging events and programs, measuring their success.
  7. Maintain knowledge of local amenities and foster relationships with vendors and local businesses to assist residents.
  8. Respond to Lifestyle email inquiries and coordinate with the Lifestyle Team for communication and promotion of events.
  9. Create and distribute monthly activity calendars, newsletters, and flyers; update Resident Portal.
  10. Support sales and marketing standards and benchmarks.
  11. Contribute to budgeting processes for activities and resident retention, managing expenses accordingly.
  12. Provide training and guidance to less experienced team members.
Additional Compensation

Compensation varies based on factors such as experience, business needs, and location. Employees may be eligible for bonuses based on individual and company performance, with schedules differing for corporate and onsite positions.
