Ashley Furniture is looking for a Retail Sales Associate to guide guests, inspire style, and help design rooms they love. You will work at the front desk, deliver world-class service, and process sales with accuracy.

This role requires at least 18, the ability to lift 25 lbs, and one year of customer service or sales experience. We value outgoing personalities and flexible weekend hours, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience.
• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Guide store guests and transform them into loyal customers.
• Maintain a welcoming front desk presence and deliver courteous service.
• Process sales orders and assist with financing as needed.
• Address customer concerns independently when possible.
• Assist with opening/closing tasks and cash reconciliation.
• Support inventory and loss prevention activities, including bi-annual counts.
• Meet sales goals and KPI targets.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
