Ashley Furniture is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to guide store guests in selecting home furnishings and to create inspiration, enthusiasm, and excitement about Ashley’s products so customers love their living spaces. You will deliver world-class service at the front desk, process sales and financing, assist with inventory, and help keep the store welcoming and well presented.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Guide store guests in selecting home furnishings and create inspiration for living spaces.
• Provide world-class service at the front desk and engage guests to reflect the brand.
• Process sales orders, assist with financing matters, and document transactions.
• Maintain store presentation and participate in inventory and loss prevention activities.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and support management in daily tasks.
