Job summary

Sun City Lincoln Hills Community Association is seeking a Lifestyle Guest Services Associate to be the friendly face residents rely on for information, event registration, and exceptional customer service. You’ll support daily operations across our Lodges and reflect the welcoming spirit of the Sun City Lincoln Hills Community Association.

You’ll enjoy part-time hours with evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, contributing to a vibrant active adult community through organized operations

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Clear and effective written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for residents and guests with professional, friendly customer service.
  • Provide accurate information about community programs, events, and services.
  • Register participants for classes, trips, programs, and special events.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, handle refunds/exchanges, and complete end of day balancing.
  • Prepare deposits for multiple Lodge locations and follow established financial procedures.
  • Verify resident and guest eligibility for activities.
  • Conduct Guest Services rounds to ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper room setup.
  • Issue work orders, update signage, and maintain promotional materials.
  • Perform clerical tasks: phones, data entry, filing, copying, equipment checkout, lost and found.
  • Create hall signage using PowerPoint.
  • Maintain CPR/AED and First Aid certification and respond to emergencies when needed.
  • Participate in staff meetings and stay updated through internal communications.
  • Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Clear and effective in written and oral English
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ year of customer service experience
Skills and Abilities
  • Strong customer service orientation and people skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with frequent interruptions
  • Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), and office equipment
  • Detail oriented, organized, and able to multitask
  • Ability to interact with a diverse community with professionalism and patience
  • Able to create and manage electronic files and folders
Physical Requirements
  • Sit for up to 4 hours at a time
  • Work at a computer workstation
  • Lift/push/pull up to 10 lbs. occasionally
  • Meet physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodation
Work Environment
  • Indoor, well lit, temperature controlled spaces
  • Occasional outdoor exposure
  • Ability to remain professional in stressful or fast changing situations
  • Shifts are parttime and hours of operation are from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
  • Must be available to work weekends
