Seabreeze Management Company Inc. is seeking a Lifestyle Assistant to plan and coordinate resident programs, events, and community activities. You will oversee scheduling, promotional efforts, and volunteer involvement to enrich residents' quality of life and engagement.
The role requires minimum 1 year of HOA-related experience, strong communication, and proficient use of Microsoft Office. Regular events, coordination with departments, and occasional travel may be involved.

Summary:
The Lifestyle Assistant serves as the assistant to include recreational, cultural travel and entertainment designed to enrich the quality of life and enhance the vibrancy of the community for residents and or prospective homebuyers. Responsibilities encompass program development, scheduling of events, and overall program promotion and publicity. The Lifestyle Assistant ensures that all programs and services are conducted and fulfilled in a manner consistent with the goals and objectives of the residents.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Minimum Education:
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Language Skills:
The individual must have strong written and verbal communication skills in order to communicate effectively with employees and clients at all levels of the organization.
Availability:
Regular business hours and overtime as needed.
Working Environment:
The Lifestyle Coordinator works in a well-lighted, clean environment. S/he constantly interacts with other people, and may have to handle several responsibilities at once. The Association maintains a smoke-free environment in its offices, buildings, and Clubhouse complex.
