Job summary

Esplanade by the Islands in Naples, FL seeks a Lifestyle Manager to craft and execute a vibrant resort lifestyle for members and guests, coordinating activities across fitness, courts, culture, pet events, and social clubs. You will partner with sales and builder teams to ensure seamless delivery of programs.

The ideal candidate has proven event planning experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a passion for creating memorable experiences within a fast-paced hospitality

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years related experience.
• Experience planning and executing events preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing a comprehensive calendar of events and activities.
• Building relationships with local businesses, organizations, and vendors.
• Collaborating with sales and the builder team to ensure seamless delivery of programs.
• Incorporating feedback from members to improve offerings.
• Maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
• Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices.
• Promoting events with the sales team and providing concierge-style assistance to residents.
• Planning, coordinating, and executing high-quality events from start to finish.
