Job summary

Sentral in Los Angeles is seeking a Lifestyle Manager to lead member, resident, and guest experiences with a proactive, ownership-minded approach. You will collaborate with the Director of Lifestyle to plan and activate programming across amenity spaces and cultivate relationships with local providers to offer exclusive resident perks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Hospitality or residential services experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Sentral’s standards and deliver excellent customer service.
• Build relationships with local businesses and community figures.
• Oversee budgets and procure supplies for activations and events.
• Coordinate all resident and guest engagement events.
• Oversee food & beverage operations for the Members’ club.
• Coordinate onsite events and support resident participation.
• Manage amenity-space reservations and third-party services.
• Inspect property for safety and operational issues.
