Job summary

The Sovana at Stuart, operated by United Group of Companies, Inc., is seeking a motivated Lifestyle Coordinator in Stuart, FL. This full-time position covers program planning, marketing communications, and logistics to engage active adult residents.

Job type is full-time, hours 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday; weekends/evenings may be required for activities. Requires 3+ years in event planning and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
At least 3 years of event planning experience, preferably in residential property management for 55+ residents.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and Canva.
Strong communication, sales and negotiation skills.
Ability to plan and coordinate resident activities and manage logistics.

Responsibilities

Develop and coordinate resident programs aligned with SUN program and budget.
Plan, lead, and supervise residents in crafts, games, sports, and cultural activities; document activities.
Create calendars, flyers, posters, newsletters, and other materials to announce programs.
Monitor materials and supplies; organize refreshments for activities; handle logistics.
