Job summary

The United Group of Companies, Inc. in Stuart, FL is seeking a full-time Lifestyle Coordinator to design and deliver engaging resident programs at The Sovana at Stuart, an active adult community.

You will plan crafts, games, and cultural activities, coordinate marketing materials, monitor supplies, and assist with transportation of residents as needed. ABachelor’s degree or relevant experience is required, with MS Office and Canva experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in event planning, preferably in residential property management or active/independent adult markets.
• Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills for resident interactions.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Canva, and basic marketing materials.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise crafts, games, sports, and cultural activities for residents.
• Create calendars, newsletters, posters, and other materials to announce programs.
• Monitor materials and supplies; order and stock as needed; assist with refreshments.
