Maplewood Senior Living in Weston, MA, is seeking a Lifestyle Director (Activities Director) to lead and develop resident activity programs that enhance well‑being and social engagement. You will manage Lifestyle staff, coordinate events, track budgets, and collaborate with care teams to create meaningful, person‑centered experiences.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree or equivalent, strong leadership and communication skills, and a passion for improving seniors' quality of life.

Qualifications

• Must have passion for working with the senior population and improving quality of life.
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills are essential.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, coordinate and implement activities, programs and events for residents.
• Collaborate with care teams to review and contribute residents' service plans.
• Manage monthly calendars, budgets and staff in Lifestyle programming.
