Responsibilities

• Partner with the Community Manager to plan and market community events, classes and programs.
• Coordinate development and distribution of the Association newsletter and other publications.
• Oversee staff to ensure facilities, events and service meet resident needs.
• Develop a volunteer program to boost participation among residents.
• Work with residents to form interest groups and clubs.
• Secure entertainment, food, decorations and items for events.
• Manage the recreation center room reservation system and staffing.
• Present New Resident Orientation and attend board/committee meetings.
• Assess event success through feedback and evaluations.
• Perform additional duties as directed.
