Job summary

Associated Asset Management (AAM), LLC seeks an Onsite Community Manager/Lifestyle Director in North Carolina. The role focuses on HOA governance, resident relations, and enriching living experiences through social, wellness, cultural, and educational programs.

You will work with the Board, supervise staff, manage budgets, vendor contracts, and events, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to governing documents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with two years of HOA management experience.
• Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience enforcing governing documents and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage the business of the association to maintain property values and owner relations.
• Develop relationships with board members, committee members and owners.
• Ensure compliance with laws and resale disclosure requirements for buyers.
• Plan and conduct board and annual membership meetings; prepare packages.
• Oversee budgeting, capital improvements, and vendor invoices/audit trails.
• Coordinate and market community events, programs and services.
• Supervise on-site staff and ensure safety and quality standards.
