Job summary

BlueStar Resort & Golf in Bonney Lake, WA seeks a Lifestyle Coordinator to bring the community to life through events, programming, and communications, working with the Lifestyle Director to develop activities and manage the Member portal.

The role requires copywriting, content management, and coordination with multiple departments; some nights and weekends may be required; reports to the Lifestyle Director.

Qualifications

• Experience in recreation management or hospitality preferred.
• Background in hospitality or travel industry preferred.
• First Aid, CPR/AED certification as required by the Club.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Communicate the core values and mission of BlueStar Resort & Golf to support company goals.
• Maintain the communication platform for Members; copywriting and content creation required.
• Source vendors for lifestyle activation for the Club.
• Create a member program with monthly activities and off-site events.
• Support national programming through communications and participation.
• Host events and conduct satisfaction surveys as required.
• Develop engaging lifestyle events with Shea Community Representatives.
