Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in retail or commercial property management.

• Experience with budgeting, invoicing, vendor management, and tenant relations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with lifestyle centers or mixed-use properties is preferred.
• Tech-forward mindset with openness to AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the overall management and operation of properties.
• Support budget preparation, financial reporting, forecasting, and expense management.
• Review, code, and process invoices per policies.
• Assist with capital projects and tenant improvements.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts; ensure timely completion.
• Conduct regular property inspections to maintain marketable condition.
• Coordinate tenant openings, relocations, remodels, closings.
• Assist leasing efforts and marketing/community programs.
• Supervise staff and promote teamwork and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with standards, procedures, and risk management.
