Clarvida’s Lifesharing program seeks Lifesharing Providers to host individuals in home-based settings. This full-time role offers a monthly stipend and benefits, fostering a supportive, stable, and person-centered environment as part of a family-like home.

You will support individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities in life skills, community integration, and inclusive family life while adhering to program protocols and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• A stable, safe home environment with appropriate living space
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Ability to complete background checks, health screenings, and home assessments
• Commitment to caregiving and providing consistent support
• Willingness to follow training and program protocols

Responsabilités

• Provide daily support for personal care, hygiene, meals, and household chores
• Assist with transportation to appointments, community activities, and outings
• Promote personal growth and independence via life skills coaching
• Encourage community inclusion, socialization, and recreational participation
• Monitor health and wellness, including medication adherence and reporting needs
• Maintain accurate records and meet documentation requirements
• Engage in training, supervision, and ongoing professional development
• Foster a home environment of respect, dignity, and safe boundaries

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities
• CPR / First Aid certification
• Ability to speak multiple languages (e.g., bilingual Spanish)
• Understanding of person-centered planning and behavior support techniques
