Job summary

Clarvida’s Lifesharing program seeks Lifesharing Providers to open their homes and embed individuals with disabilities into everyday family life. This full-time role offers a monthly stipend and benefits, supporting life skills, community inclusion, and family-based care.

As a Lifesharing Provider, you will help individuals develop life skills, integrate into the community, and experience inclusion as family members in a supportive, person-centered environment.

Qualifications

• A stable, safe home environment with appropriate livingspace.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to complete background checks, health screenings, and home assessments.
• Commitment to caregiving and providing consistent support.
• Willingness to follow training and program protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support for personal care, hygiene, meals, and household chores.
• Assist with transportation to appointments, community activities, and outings.
• Promote personal growth and independence via life skills coaching.
• Encourage community inclusion, socialization, and recreational participation.
• Monitor health and wellness, including medication adherence and reporting needs.
• Maintain accurate records and meet documentation requirements.
• Engage in training, supervision, and ongoing professional development.
• Foster a home environment of respect, dignity, and safe boundaries.
