As a Lifesharing Provider, you will support individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities in building life skills, participating in the community, and experiencing inclusion as family members.

Qualifikationen

• A stable, safe home environment with appropriate living space.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to complete background checks, health screenings, and home assessments.
• Commitment to caregiving and providing consistent support.
• Willingness to follow training and program protocols.

Aufgaben

• Provide daily support for personal care, hygiene, meals, and household chores.
• Assist with transportation to appointments, community activities, and outings.
• Promote personal growth and independence via life skills coaching.
• Encourage community inclusion, socialization, and recreational participation.
• Monitor health and wellness, including medication adherence and reporting needs.
• Maintain accurate records and meet documentation requirements.
• Engage in training, supervision, and ongoing professional development.
