Job summary

Royer Greaves is looking for a Life Sharing Program Specialist based in Willistown Township, Pennsylvania. The successful candidate will coordinate and implement services to ensure individuals receive person-centered supports in accordance with Pennsylvania Chapter 6500 regulations.

This role includes overseeing assessments, developing Individual Support Plans (ISPs), and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Candidates must have relevant degrees and experience working directly with individuals with intellectual disabilities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or above with 1-year experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years’ experience.
• Associate’s degree and 4 years’ experience.
• High school diploma with 6 years’ experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete assessments for individuals receiving services.
• Ensure compliance with Chapter 6500 regulations.
• Develop and implement Individual Support Plans (ISPs).
• Monitor and document individual progress.

Skills

Working knowledge of Pennsylvania Chapter 6500 regulations

Experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities

Strong coordination skills

Effective communication

Education

Master’s degree in relevant field

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
