Job summary

Family Services of Northeast Wisconsin Inc is seeking a Trainer to deliver and coordinate training for Lifeline counseling services in a hybrid role based in Green Bay, WI. The position supports new staff orientation, ongoing education, and alignment with NSPL, DHS 34, and ICH standards.

The trainer will participate in the on-call rotation and may require evening/weekend hours to support training efforts, with residence in Wisconsin as a requirement for remote work and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in psychology, education, social work, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred in psychology, education, social work, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in crisis intervention and 1+ years of experience with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide Orientation Training for all new staff and in-service training opportunities for further professional and skill development.
• Monitor and review training expenditures to ensure alignment with budget parameters.
• Support Wisconsin Lifeline initiatives by providing input to team action plans.
• Collaborate with Program Supervisor of Training & Onboarding and Program Leadership to determine training needs of the team.
