Job summary

Telecom Service Bureau, through its Mobile Management division, is hiring an Enrollment Specialist to represent Easy Wireless in-store and at events. You will enroll customers in Lifeline, explain services, and assist with device support while promoting our wireless offerings.

The role emphasizes brand advocacy, customer education, and teamwork. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth and internal promotion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• 1+ year of customer service, sales, or retail experience.
• Strong communication skills—written and verbal.
• Basic computer and mobile device skills (email, internet, data entry).
• Comfortable outdoors, able to lift up to 40 lbs, and stand for extended periods.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador in-store and at community events.
• Enroll qualified customers in Lifeline and other programs.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local guidelines.
• Explain services, answer questions, and provide device support.
• Set up and manage coverage tents and inventory.
• Meet or exceed sales goals through engagement and product promotion.
