Job summary

Easy Wireless is expanding its outreach team and seeks motivated, outgoing individuals who enjoy meeting people and making an impact in their communities. As an Outreach Specialist, you’ll work directly in rural areas, explaining Lifeline services and helping eligible individuals enroll.

You’ll travel to new locations daily, qualify applicants, activate devices, and build relationships while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent communication and people skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Basic computer and smartphone proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Represent Easy Wireless at community outreach locations in your assigned territory.
• Engage prospective customers and explain Lifeline services.
• Qualify applicants and complete electronic enrollments.
• Activate devices and assist customers with basic setup.
• Set up and maintain outreach locations with company equipment.
• Build relationships within the communities you serve.
• Meet and maintain performance standards while delivering excellent service.
